Many commercial firms and governmental institutes started to use telephone menu options.
This method causes confusion, especially for hard hearing people.
As usual, it took long waiting time to contact a person. Some people have not enough patient to wait long time.
 For example, if you call a specific phone number, you will hear a menu options and many commercials:
 
If you want to contact section A, press 1 otherwise you will hear commercial
If you want to contact section B, press 2 otherwise you hear commercial.  …etc.
Otherwise wait to personal services, you hear commercial or waiting music.
 
I hope the system will be better for unpatient people or hard hearing people.
