Telephone with menu options 
Many
commercial firms and governmental institutes started to use telephone menu
options.
This
method causes confusion, especially for hard hearing people.
As usual, it took long waiting
time to contact a person. Some people have not enough patient to wait long
time.
For example, if you call a specific phone
number, you will hear a menu options and many commercials:
If you want to contact section A,
press 1 otherwise you will hear commercial
If you want to contact section B,
press 2 otherwise you hear commercial. …etc.
Otherwise wait to personal
services, you hear commercial or waiting music.
I hope the system will be better
for unpatient people or hard hearing people.
